We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request. The return window begins when your item is delivered, not when you place the order.
Opened & Used Electronics
We understand that sometimes you need to test a product in your space to ensure it's the right fit. We accept returns on opened and tested electronics, provided they meet our return conditions below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in resellable condition:
- All original accessories, manuals, and cables included
- Original packaging in good condition
- No signs of damage, abuse, or permanent installation
- Product serial number matches our records
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured systems or special orders
- Products with physical damage, liquid damage, or abuse
- Items with tampered or mismatched serial numbers
- Products that have been permanently installed
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
Note: Non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Return Shipping
MODIA pays for return shipping. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns.
Large items (TVs over 65", tower speakers, furniture) require freight shipping. Our team will coordinate pickup at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number:

Step 2: Pack Your Item
- Use the original manufacturer packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and cables
- Write your RA number on the outside of the box
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. For large items, we'll schedule a pickup.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different model or size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. The same return conditions apply.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
Manufacturer Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. After the 30-day return window, warranty service is handled by the manufacturer. We can help facilitate warranty claims.
