Free Shipping on Every Order!
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase required!
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (FREE)
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: FREE on all orders
- Tracking: Provided via email once shipped
- Carrier: UPS Ground or Freight depending on item size and weight
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally or to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
Shipping Address Security Policy
For your protection: All credit card orders are shipped only to the billing address associated with your payment method.
To ensure the security of high-value electronic components, MODIA Immersive Entertainment requires that the shipping address match the verified billing address for all credit card transactions.
Why we do this:
- Prevents unauthorized purchases using stolen card information
- Protects customers from fraud disputes
- Ensures delivery to verified, secure addresses
- Reduces the risk of "package not received" claims

Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
In-stock items: Ship within 1-2 business days
Special order items: Processing time varies and is noted on the product page
Custom configurations: 5-10 business days (noted on product page)
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
White-Glove Delivery Available (Texas)
White-glove delivery may be included at no extra charge for qualifying orders in Texas. Availability varies by product and location—contact us to confirm.
Our white-glove delivery service includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Inside delivery to room of choice
- Unpacking and setup
- Removal of all packaging materials
- Basic product demonstration
Eligible items: Large TVs (55"+), home theater systems, tower speakers, subwoofers, furniture, and multi-component orders.

Professional Installation Available (Texas)
Professional installation may be included at no extra charge for qualifying orders in Texas. Availability varies by product and location—contact us to confirm.
Our certified technicians provide expert installation for:

- In-wall and in-ceiling speakers
- TV mounting
- Whole-home audio systems
- Smart home integration
- Lighting control systems

Large Item Shipping
Large items such as TVs over 65", large speakers, or furniture may require freight shipping. These items typically:
- Ship via freight carrier with scheduled delivery
- Require signature upon delivery
- May take 5-7 business days
- Include threshold delivery (inside garage or first entrance)
For Texas customers, white-glove delivery may be available for qualifying orders.
Local Pickup (Houston)
Prefer to pick up your order? Local pickup is available at our Houston showroom:

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready (typically 1-2 hours for in-stock items).

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment in real-time

Shipping Delays
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. If your order is delayed, we'll contact you with updated information.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Inspect your delivery immediately!
If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of packaging and damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours at 800-877-2900 or contact@modia.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately:
- Before shipment: We can update your address
- After shipment: We'll work with the carrier to redirect if possible
