Every product sold by MODIA is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. This means your manufacturer's warranty is fully valid and honored from the date of purchase.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold by MODIA Immersive Entertainment carry the standard manufacturer's warranty as provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by brand and product category.
Typical manufacturer warranty periods include:
- TVs & Displays: 1–2 years
- Receivers & Amplifiers: 2–5 years
- Speakers: 2–5 years (some brands offer limited lifetime)
- Media Furniture: 1–3 years
- Cables & Accessories: Varies by manufacturer

What's Covered Under Manufacturer's Warranty

What's Not Covered Under Manufacturer's Warranty

MODIA Installation Workmanship Warranty
For customers who use MODIA's professional installation services, we provide a 90-day warranty on workmanship from the date of installation completion. This covers:
- Wiring and cable connections performed by our technicians
- System configuration and programming
- Mounting and physical installation
- Calibration and setup performed by our team
If you experience any issues related to our installation work within 90 days, contact us and we will send a technician to resolve the issue at no additional charge.
Important: Warranty Void Notice
The MODIA installation workmanship warranty is void if any unauthorized person or third-party service provider works on, modifies, or alters a system that was installed or programmed by MODIA. To protect your warranty coverage, please contact us for all service needs related to MODIA-installed systems.

- Installation warranty: We will schedule a service visit to diagnose and resolve the issue at no cost within the 90-day coverage period.
